Sylvia lives on a Ski resort where it feels like the midst of Winter all year round
She's very shy and has became nocturnal to avoid the hustle and bustle of the busy daytimes 
She has a pet pink penguin called Snowdust who keeps her company And a grumpy old snowbear who she visits outside the lodge everyday. He's grumpy because the local children eat his raisin eyes, which Sylvia thankfully replaces! Her specialty is in making glittery hot chocolates She loves to iceskate under the moonlight If she finds anything that looks like it has been lost on the resort, she returns it to the lost and found box! She always wraps up warm and has even learnt to knit Sylvia's a very peaceful person and has no intentions to leave the Ski resort as she's content with the simplicity of her life Her hair is tied into little heart bun pigtails <3
